We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, items can only be returned for a refund if if they are unused and in their original packaging. If the item is not in a resaleable state with it’s shrink-wrap and seals intact, we may decline your refund request. So in summary, please do not remove any of the original packaging if you are considering sending the item back to us.

Fault Or Damage To A Delivered Item
Within 7 days: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault and photos of the damage. If the product has arrived damaged, please do not attempt to fix the issue.
After 7 days: Binocular Base do not offer support for items over 30 days old. In this case, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for their assistance.
